Refund policy

At WellNovaHealthy (operated by WellNovaHealthy LLC), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of dietary supplements and health products, we have a clear policy to ensure safety, quality, and compliance.

Returns

  • You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return:
    • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all seals intact.
    • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
  • Items that cannot be returned or refunded:
    • Opened, used, or partially consumed products (for hygiene and safety reasons).
    • Products damaged due to customer mishandling.
    • Sale, clearance, or promotional items (unless defective).
    • Personalized or subscription products (after the first shipment, unless defective).
  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or full refund (including original shipping).


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped by us.
  • We do not offer cash refunds for in-store or third-party purchases.


Exchanges

  • We may offer exchanges for unopened items of equal or lesser value, subject to availability. Contact us for approval.


How to Initiate a Return

  2. We will provide return instructions and may issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  • We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy or show signs of abuse/fraud.
  • This policy applies to purchases made on our Shopify store. Policies for other platforms (e.g., Etsy, TikTok) may differ.
  • For subscriptions: You can pause or cancel at any time, but returns follow the above rules.
